Winter Meadows Watercolor Technique Workshop
On January 16, we will be making two 2 page scrapbook layouts . We will use a watercolor technique to make the embellishments. Workshop will be held at two different times, from 1-3pm or 6-8pm on January 16. Cost is $20. Class is limited to 8 participants. You must RSVP to me by text or email by January 7.
